This is very sturdy, and love all the other activities, the dry erase board, ring toss, little storage compartment. Very happy with this purchase!

Overall I like the step stool. It's sturdy, seems well made, and is adjustable depending on the height of the child. The whiteboard and games on the sides are an added bonus to help keep kids occupied in the kitchen if you need a quick minute. I feel the overall product is good quality, but some of the activities are pretty poor quality. The phone won't stay in it's spot and the net for the basketball hoop broke while installing it. I bought a replacement net by another company and am planning on using sticky Velcro to keep the phone in place. Also, the markers on the whiteboard erase, but you can ever so slightly see what was drawn even though the color is gone. The rest of the activities' quality seem okay.I was a little nervous with this purchase as there were no reviews when I bought it. I am glad to say that I am happy with my purchase, even though there are a few things they could have improved the quality of.

My son already loves this! He climbed right up without any help from me (with both bars on too, although you're supposed to remove the bottom one to make it easier for them). It's pretty sturdy and I know we'll have fun with it!Couple things to note, though.- The white board has a plastic covering on it that you need to remove, but the only way to get the whole thing off is to unscrew the whiteboard from its frame prior to assembling the stand.- Some of the instructions are confusing/misleading. One of the biggest ones was for the standing platform (part C). When you put C in, it doesn't slide in, you have to pop it in place from above. Then you can screw it in. Other instructions are just illustrated wrong so you kind of have to figure it out as you go along.- They send the basketball hoop, but not the net. They blocked off the net with a round sticker in the instruction manual too. I opted to just not install the hoop.- The plastic phone that comes with this separated into two pieces pretty easily. I had to snap it together a bit better once I got it out. Not a safety hazard, but it's worth mentioning.

If anyone out there has ever wrestled an alligator, then you understand how difficult it is to hold a toddler up to the sink while trying to wash their hands or face. This nifty stool will save your back and give your child independence to do their thing. My daughter now looks forward to hand washing, tooth brushing, hair styling, and positive affirmation time in the mirror. She is also able to help me in the kitchen or do crafts at the breakfast bar.It's a great step stool with the added bonus of toy & whiteboard functions without taking up extra space or having "one more thing" to sit around (we especially love the basketball hoop!). The toy add-ons are pretty badly made--one squeaker was broken, the phone doesn't stay on its hook, and the net is flimsy--but that's not what you're getting this for and doesn't lower my rating.I will say, in retrospect I wish I would've splurged a little to get a more aesthetically-pleasing wooden model, but this thing is STURDY and will probably outlive my great grandchildren.

It looks super cute, it is pretty sturdy, and fun for my son. The dry erase board doesn't erase all the way, so you have to wash it or use a dry erase marker. The hoop is missing the net (there was a small air pump that came instead?) and the seller's response was that it no longer comes with it. But, there are slots where the net goes. Overall, it's cute, easy to clean, amd serves its main purpose.

This product is awesome. It was easy for my to put together by myself, I like the safety bars it has and the fact that it has things they can play with on either side. I think the quality is pretty good. 5/5!

Customer Service - The customer service on this purchase was fantastic. There was a small broken part in the item I received, and the company communicated back super quick and shipped out a new part for free the following day so I didn't have to return or replace the full item. They were very easy to reach, super polite, and very responsive.Product - Bought this for my 3 year old daughter who has a mobility disability and is still learning to stand. She does amazing and can stand at the counter, wash her hands in the sink, and do so much more for the first time. She loves this tower and requests to go in it every day. It feels very sturdy and stable, and I love that the plastic is a bit "softer" if she loses her footing.
