Disney Infinity Toy Story Playset Pack (Xbox 360/PS3/Nintendo Wii/Wii U/3DS)

This is the pack that me and my son have been waiting for, the pack has the all important disc to open the Toy Story world, the figures are fantastically detailed, shame the pack doesn't include Disney Infinity Woody Figure (Xbox 360/PS3/Nintendo Wii/Wii U/3DS) with Buzz which does mean more money to spend but what a great world this opens.Lots of missions to complete which are made the more enjoyable with the familiar characters, I did buy Woody at the same time which is a must, hearing Woody's voice with Buzz is like watching a new Toy story, again shame he wasn't included, Jessie is great but she is not Woody.This is what id great about Disney Infinity you add worlds to the game and its grows even bigger, love Toy story, love this world, Ralph is next must have.If you or you little one have Disney Infinity then you probably are already being asked for this, its brill, you will want woody which adds to the cost.

I have mixed feelings about this playset. I'm a big fan of Disney Infinity and have bought into the whole concept. I personally didn't mind having to buy Woody seperately but agree that it's slightly cheeky not having Buzz and Woody as the main character pieces here knowing full well those are the two characters players will want. This is a fun playset, lots to do, and certainly kept me entertained. My main issue with it though is that it's very un-Toy Story and I feel they've missed a trick here. Setting it in space didn't really seem to work. I would have much preferred a setting in the real world perhaps Andy's room, the Day care centre,toy store, city etc. This would have fit far more with the context of the films. So whilst the game is fun I just feel it's a shame it didn't match the films slightly more as the other playsets do.

Another example of speedy service on the build up to Christmas... well done Amazon...I was a little non-plussed as to why the Toy Story play-set should include Jessie instead of Woody but perhaps that's just to force you into buying Woody separately?In any case Woody was bought in addition thus allowing us to completely unlock the play-set vault and all the goodies that brings to your Toy Box.On playing with the kids this has proven to be a most immersive play-set and very enjoyable, if you're going for the collection then you'll be pleasantly surprised just how good this set is.

Great service and quick delivery

Arrived late no tracking info, play set only compatible with infinity 1.0 which when looking back I eventually found in the details so I guess that part is on me. Basically if you have 2.0 or 3.0 in my case your better off buying the figures separately and potentially more cheaper as you won’t be able to use the play set anyway

My 3 and 5 year old loves this game and myself and partner is addicted to this game too playing it till from 7 in night - 2in the morning as thats the only cahnce the kids kets us have a long enough go lol.. I love the challenges on there , the jet pack is amazing the kids love flying aound everywhere, shooting things and riding on bullseye ... What a game well done DISNEY. Ohh amazin price for 18 pound as its 30 in most shops

Eventhough it is new and still sealed up the package, the paint job and overall quality was really bad in all figures but especially the buzz one

I bought this because my children already had Skylanders and I thought it would be similar. It's similar in the fact that you can change the character you are playing by swapping a small figure on a base. As a game on it's own, without comparing it to another it is a big rip off. When you buy it you get the CD with the game on, three figures: Mr Incredible, Sully and Captain Jack Sparrow you also get a small plastic model that allows you to go to three different worlds: The Incredibles, Monsters University and Pirates of the Carribean.It's advertised as being a free play, called Disney Infinity because the possibilities are endless, they're not. There is a home world called the Toy Box, where two players can play, it's quite limited and mostly for collecting coins.When you travel to the different worlds one player has to drop out, a source of endless frustration for my children. You can only use the characters belonging to that world whilst there, also frustrating to the children as they wanted to swap the characters and use all of them everywhere. I bought two of the boys a Playset Pack for their birthdays these allowed the children to travel to two more worlds: Toy Story and The Lone Rangers. Again they had to play single player while there and couldn't swap to characters from different films. The children also chose to spend their birthday and spending money on different characters such as Wreck it Ralph, Elsa and Jack Skellington. These come in between £10 and £20 each but don't have their own worlds and so can only be used in the Toy Box area where not much happens, Another source of frustration for my children, I've had them in tears because having spent their hard saved spending money (they only get 50p a week so they've had to save for months to amass that much) on a part of the game that is so limited in its use.My advice keep your money spend it on something that your children will enjoy.
