But when opened it soon became clear that this is definitely NOT a quality item.The corner was broken and the inserts don't stay in the carrier. With this in mind it would be hard for an elderly person or for some one who has little use of their own hands to open. Other than that the pill compartments are a great idea to hold medication to use everyday of the week at various times during the day. On the morning dose there is enough room and more for medication" seven pills of various sizes i can place in with room to spare. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Larger compartments - Great for larger Capsules/Tables & those taking a LOT of medication. *by R***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 January 2019* I have a lot of weekly medication boxes and bought this for a change. Colours are great, the compartments open on the left (most pill box compartments open on the right) and best of all, the compartments are MUCH larger than other pill boxes and fot all my morning medication (I take a lot), I also have oversized pills and they fit too as would oversized capsules such as cod liver oil etc. Usual pills box compartments snap into place. Although on this they do the same, to open, there's a protruding ledge a couple of milimetres out. After only 3 uses the ledge broke on several compartments. I contacted customer service and they immediately refunded my item and posted a replacement set to me. Perhaps it was just my set, but for the price I do recommend buying for the 2 main reasons listed above.
