I've eaten it straight out of the jar, spread on bread and crackers, and I've also used it when baking low-calorie sugar-free recipes, and time and time again everything turns out amazing. I hope someday they will offer a larger jar and that the price/content ratio turns out more beneficial for the consumer who's on a tight budget (like me). Arrived on time in good condition. They were packaged perfectly with bubble wrapped tightly and placed in the box with dividers. I live in the South therefore it is HOT here. Always check your jars because even though they were packaged perfectly and none of the boxes displayed any tampering, only one jar had it's seal opened. I always check the top of the jar. If it pops back then the seal has opened, more than likely due to the heat. I opened the jar and it looked good and tasted fine..soooo it will just go inside of the refrigerator and be the next jar to consume.
