5mg of melanonin is not safe for everyone, I bet you if you use daily one gummy within 10-12 days, you will become mad, same happen with me, after having gummy within 15-20 minutes I felt sleep. I have been using What’s Up sleep gummies for a few days. The mango flavour is nice and not too overpowering. Gummies are soft and easy to chew. I feel more relaxed at night and it helps me fall asleep a little faster. I did not feel heavy or uncomfortable in the morning. Good option for occasional sleep support. Packaging is also neat and easy to carry.
