When I bought it if rs t time one year back probably it was their first batch of the gummies it was bit bitter but very effective and no side effect. When I bought it for third time recently meaning few months back it tastes sweet bitterness has gone but not that effective but yes it helps to sleep quickly but the worst side effect is I get liver pain next day and loss of apetite. So conclusion is over a period of time they have made some changes to the composition which has greatest impacted the product quality.
