Worked a treat. Swapped the casing with an original battered key. Easy exchange and worked fine. Main thing customer was happy

Great solution to missing buttons on fob
Absolutely brilliant solution to broken "open car" button on original Renault modus 2008. I was able to simply replace the top cover of the key fob with the new half of this fob which was complete with the 3 buttons. No need to replace original bottom part of fob, as this has original car key element in place, so no need to have the new one cut by professional. Able to do this as original pcb inside unit undamaged and new key came with new rubber plate which acts as intermediary between buttons and pcb - original looked a bit worse for wear. Opened key fobs with end of tea spoon and rest really easy for a non diy person like me. Easier than changing a light bulb! If original pcb damaged maybe different story but done this with 2 car key sets now without a problem as pcb's ok- when only button(s) get damaged/missing perhaps this is likely to be the case

Did the job. Just put internal from old key in it

Rubbish
Waste of money. Even though I checked compatibility circuit board was off. Battery was off key I managed to exchange and that was all.

Might need rubber from old remote
The rubber part didn’t seem to fit. The buttons were always pressed with included rubber part. I had to use old remote one, and that worked fine. Getting the battery in was very difficult because the ring/holder for battery was not shaped correctly. But this might be a one time issue. Lastly, the key ring area is too wide. The key ring I had on previous remote wouldn’t fit. I had to force and bend it.

- Parfait pour remplacer la clé de Master mais j’ai du récupérer mon ancienne protection intérieure, plastique de l’autre clé, car la nouvelle était trop épaisse et le verrouillage de déverrouillage de la clé se faisait sans toucher. Mais maintenant tout est OK
