Megger 1000-213 VF2 AC Voltage Detector And Torch

My electrician had one - and it was great, so when my old one packed up, I bought one.It's a Voltage checker + a torch at the other end to see it those dark circuit boards. Works really well.

Seems capable handy piece of kit. Would not rely on it but definitely worth having in tool box .

after buying a cheaper one else where that didnt register when the electric was on I nearly electricuted myself thinking it was off. i decided to buy better one and well I am impressed so far the torch on the end is a bit of a gimmick though may come in useful someday in my opion would be better justdoing the job it does well!

My husband was delighted with this product which arrived just in time for Christmas. I thought he would already have something like this in his tool box but he was very pleased to receive this useful item.

An excellent product, don't know how I managed without it. Saves a lot of work when dealing with unknown circuits and gives unambiguous results

I have owned loads of voltsticks over the years and this has to be one of the worst.It works well enough and the torch is very handy but due to a badly designed clip which holds the lid on it is totally useless for everyday use.The lid kept flying off every time I put it in my pocket - Megger stuff is usually so good - I sent it back for a refund!!

Perfect sensitivity for basic electrical works, torch is a bonus and the audible alert for positive detection is a must, better quality than other versions around the same price.
