BOSSEv-30 Dual Expression Pedal, Space-Saving Expression Pedal with A Rugged Die-Cast Aluminum Body

Bought as an expression pedal for a GT1000 Core. Easy to setup and works well with a smooth action. Sturdy metal casing too. Only criticism is that the toe down position is not padded so can feel a bit clunky but it's no big deal.

Having used the Roland E-V5 as a keyboard expression pedal for many years, I knew Boss/Roland always do the job well. But the EV-30 is on another level!The build quality on this is amazing! It’s definitely not the lightest pedal out there (by far), but it’s all metal construction make this an ideal pedal for live players. This will last for years!The dual expression feature is excellent for players with 2 keyboards, one keyboard and an effects processor, or guitarists that need to control 2 different effects via expression, without taking up the space of two expression pedals.Five stars all the way!

I treated myself to this to act as a Wah pedal and Volume pedal for a Boss Katana Mark II amp. There are cheaper pedals out there but the Boss is all metal and will last for years,I’m sure.The pedal comes with one TRS cable so you’d only need another if you want to output to two systems and control them from just this pedal.With the Katana mark ii, you can either connect this pedal to the expression pedal input on the amp, or if you’re using the foot controller, you can connect it to either of the two options on there. In theory, you could connect 3 pedals and have them control different things.To get the pedal to control wah on a Katana amp you’ll need an fx setting that is set up to use the pedal as wah. You do that by connecting the amp to tone studio on your computer and then setting whatever input you’re using to wah pedal.Also nice is the Katana will automatically set the pedal to volume control if you’re not using it to control something else. The Katana also simulates various way pedals out there including my fave, the cry baby.The pedal offers output control on the back for both outputs with two dials. I’m yet to try outputting two cables and connecting those to the Katana so I’m not sure if that’ll work to control different things.The pedal feels very solid, yet smooth in use.So if you want the best expression pedal out there for your Katana, look no further.

As usual from Boss the pedal is very well made and works perfectly with the Boss pedals with an expression socket. The range can be tweaked and there is a polarity switch to reverse the pedals sweep setting from down to up. Two pedals can be controlled which is more than I need!I would buy another one if it was lost or stolen, I don't think that I will wear it out.

Very well built and yet not too heavy.Pots to limit the expression travel are very useful.It's a great expression pedal.

The Boss Katana is such an excellent amp and having recently got the 4 way swith pedal and being impressed I got the expression pedal too. It's very high quality and well worth the money.I went to a guitarists open mic night recently and nearly every player had a Boss Katana amp of some sort, proof of how popular this amp is.

This pedal is small, durable and very smooth in its operation. I use it with a Boss MS-3 but I’m sure it’ll work with many more effects pedals/processors. Mine came with a connecting cable so I could use it straight away! All you need to know is how to configure it on whatever you’re connecting it to and away you go!

Ho avuto la possibilità di provare diversi pedali d'espressione ma nessuno mi ha sorpreso come questo. La qualità, sia materiale che del suono, lo mette a confronto con pedali di fascia più alta e si difende egregiamente. A livello di gradualità di effetti come il wah è ottimo e non fa sentire un distacco netto tra alte e basse frequenze, bensì graduale. Lo consiglio pienamente!
