When you start make sure you turn the crank until you see the bottom of pasta coming through underneath without filling and then add the hopper and filling otherwise it can scrunch up with the filling and make a bit of a mess. Once got the hang of it it was easy. Ravioli do not come apart easy but it’s no trouble to cut them with pastry wheel afterwards. The Ampia seems to not have the attachment lugs. I remove the spaghetti/tagliatelle roller attachment from my Atlas 150 to be able to attach the ravioli maker.
