Great for the hard of hearing
I purchased this product for my dad as he is hard of hearing. From his feedback ge has informed me that this is the best phone he has ever used with his hearing aid. My dad normally struggling to hear anything on the phone but thanks to this product those days have gone.

Not Fit for Sale
Dont waste your time and Money on this Junk, Awful tone when and if it works, Looses signal with baseset when a few yards away,was purchasing for elderly neighbour, it is totally not fit for Sale

A louder phone
A good phone with clear sound. The amplification button works well, but you may need to turn down the volume when in use. Main problem is access to the phone book , which is unnecessarily complicated. A direct button for this feature would have been appreciated.

Confusing and Hard to use
Absolutely unfit for an Elderly person. The menu button is on the side of the phone which caused so much confusion. The ring tones don't sound like a phone ringing which for an elderly person, isn't natural. VERY hard to set up and work. Bought 2 as they sounded perfect for an Elderly person who is hard of hearing... Returned both as she just couldn't work it. Very Disappointed.
