The case really does come in 3 pieces as one of the pictures shows (I thought i was just an "exploded" view so you can see the layers). This means it is really easy to get your phone into and out of as needed. I did not have any problems connecting standard cables (headphone, sync cable) to my Ipod while it was in the case, as some have reported. Also have not had any problems using the buttons through the case, you might just have to give it slightly more pressure than normal.

We only had one issue with this its hard to get the charger in the bottom with the case on. other then that it was a great choice

I bought this for my husband's iPOD. It was easy to install, however after a few weeks the outer shell became loose. Ultimately my husband took it off. I think it was because it was bulky vs not functional.

Workd good and is really tough

The picture for the item shows a black and white case but the description says black and gray. Serves me right for not reading the description and just going off the image. Returning the product is probably going to be more trouble than it's worth. Fix this, Amazon.
