Why is there no Poles and where would I get them

The sun wall connects to the Coleman event shelter. The event shelter has the poles. The sun wall is just a canvas sun wall. You need to have an event shelter to connect the sun wall to.

Is it possible to get a window/door for 3x3 size shelter. I think I have the size too big!

Plain or with window space out and pull legs in to fit

Would this fit our event shelter compact?

I guess your even shelter is 9.84 feet which is the 3-meter size of ours and it fits perfectly, we bought two of them and the only drawback is when the wind blows it does put a strain on the structure. but great for cutting out a breeze, good luck.

Can this item be used on a beach

Yep as long as the beach is bigger than 3m x 3m!
