Does the job
Does the job. The screws are not the toughest in the world. I wouldn’t recommend using a powered screwdriver as it is quite easy to damage the screw heads.

Great neck plate great price.
Great neck plate, I like the plastic backing that helps protect the back of your guitar and adds a bit of give to help stop over tightening of the screws. The plate came inserted the wrong way in the backing so you could not see the counter sinks for the screw heads, but it's easy to flip. Comes with good actress and holes line up exactly as they should.

Nice, mirror like plate for protecting the finish on your guitar body when you screw the neck on. Has a plastic plate that goes behind the chrome. Fingerprint magnet, but hey - who doesn't enjoy polishing their guitar?
