Seiko Oxford English Spell Checker

The keys are fairly small and a bit hard to get used to after my last one, {also a Seiko } which was a lot larger, and the supplied battery died after just a few uses. However it is quite good as a Crossword and anagram solver which was my reason for buying it. Overall i am happy with it and i like the way the lid closes making it a compact little item for the pocket, I just hope i get more life out of the new battery.

Not really what mum needed. She actually was after a spell checker, dictionary and thesaurus. Unfortunately this does not have a thesaurus so it's not going to be as useful as we hoped. The unit is rather small too and it's hard to read for someone elderly, as can be said for the keyboard, the keys are too small.

This item requires a battery to use, which is not mentioned or offered as an additional purchase which I would have bought to have delivered as a complete package for my ageing father to use. He was happy enough to go to buy a new battery himself but that's not the point, it should have arrived asa whole package! Very disappointing.

have only recently started to use it ,so still a 'learner! but am finding it useful.

Font size for spell check too small for older eyes. Does not have individual letter delete as my old one, can only delete whole word. Annoying especially with bigger words.

It is a great idea for spelling however there are 2 whites lines appearing next to the name so you cannot read what is beneath

The Seiko Oxford Spell Checker is an excellent help for crossword fanatics.It is also very speedy solving anagrams.I have been using one of these for years. This was a replacement for my previous machine.It’s small and comfortable to hold.

. It's just easier to read the screen on a Franklin because they don't try to cram two words into one space and they have thicker lettering. Most of your customers have dyslexia, make it easy to read!!! If I can change this setting, someone comment and I'll update to 5 stars
