Pack of 10 Sticky Insect Catchers - For Indoors And Outdoors

I hovered over three stars but decided on four. These are very cheap, and tend to rip apart when pulling the tag to open them up. However, the bits stick together, oh yes they are very sticky indeed. I hung some in the greenhouse, came indoors to make a cup of tea and by the time I got back to the greenhouse I had caught several whitefly and blackfly, so they work very quickly. The little plants in there sighed with relief.

I rarely ever give anything one star, but these (for me) didn't work at all.They are Pest Homecare Range brand (not Pest Police as shown) but I don't know if that makes a difference.Fitting them takes a bit of care, as if you don't twist them as they unwind they will snap. The supplied drawing pin in the cap is OK too.Sticky-ness-wise, they also seem very good. It takes an age to get the stuff off your fingers (try hand sanitiser and a paper cloth, or isopropyl alcohol).My gripe is that they dind't catch a single fly in over a week. My conservatory had a few of the little pests flying all around, swooping magestically past the fly paper, but not one was tempted to it. If they were, they certainly didn't stick. I could roll it back up and re-use it, it's that devoid of any insects.EDIT : After a month, still nothing, despite plenty of prey flying past. The window sticker I put up a day ago has 2 already,

Can't really complain at the price, but I was worried that they weren't going to work when I watched lots of lies just fly past without paying any attention. However, the next morning, it had caught a couple and, a few days later, I have no flies troubling me any more. I'd say it works, but it's a little slower than I expected.

Im very disappointed I put them on to hang up and they fall off and they don't stay it took several goes to try and hang it onto the ceiling after 2 seconds it fell down and it fell onto my cat and my cat panic so I am not happy with this if I was you don't waste your time or money buying these they are crap

Please don’t buy this product. It’s a total waste of money and doesn’t work at all. I’ve put it up in various areas and not one fly was caught. To test if I even put some outside near the bins and again nothing!!!! A rolled up magazine is far more efficient than this product.

Item is exactly as described and dispatched very fast. Does exactly what it says. Living in the county side flies are a big problem this time of year. Product has actually surprised us is better than some higher priced/named products. This is much stickier and 'holds' on to the flies until it's time to change it.

Hopeless! They did not stay together when I was trying to hang them, were so sticky I got the stuff all over my hands and the two I did manage to get up have not attractd/caught a single insect. Definitely not a good buy
