I bought it for my girl but used it for my lab mix one day. He’s still learning to walk on the leash and is extremely strong compared to me lol but it no longer feels like my arms being ripped out of socket when he pulls

Although this leash is marketed as for medium to large dogs, I would not recommend it for dogs larger than 40 pounds. I've only had this a few weeks and it is used primarily used for a 55 pound pit and the elastic is starting to get stretched out. The handle at the base is a nice feature that allows better control of our dog around traffic or other dogs.

LIKES - This dog least is great! It’s very durable made out of strong material. Gives enough stretchability for your dog to walk yet not get too far. It’s the perfect length. Comfortable and nice size for handler’s hand, any adult size. The clasp is strong and tightens by screwing into the metal making it very sturdy so it wont break from your dogs metal collar ring. I m curious to see how long the elasticity lasts of the leash. Time will tell! So far I highly recommend!

I’m a former K9 handler and used to run the standard Ray Allen leather leads. Super high priced for a basic item.I ordered this lead and man I wish I had it when I was working a dog. I really like how it splits into a handle close in on the dog for added control when needed. The slap is very sturdy and I really like how it’s bungee.

This leash works well when you want to walk your dog closely but still has a bungee component. This leash has a good length that provides some freedom but not too much if you're in a busy area or sidewalk. The carabiner clasp works well in place of a normal leash clip and is quite sturdy. I've never needed to tighten the carabiner clasp but its nice to have that feature. The leash feels comfortable on your hands and the close grip is convenient when you need max control of your K9 friend. My only complaint is that this is the first leash my dogs have taken a bite of the fabric. It hasn't impacted the integrity of the bungee but I was surprised they bit through it.

I love this leash! I have a German Shorthaired Pointer - a notoriously high energy hunting breed. My dog pulls me with all his might when we are walking (he’s annoying but loveable) so I have struggled to find a leash that is nice to hold and sturdy enough to hold my monster back. This leash is perfect. It’s sturdy with tough metal hardware and heavy duty fabric and elastic. You can see in the pictures how our walks go - pulling like a sled dog then a lot of sudden stops because he got the scent of a squirrel- most of my leashes get gross from suddenly dropping when he gives slack and my leash is dragging on the ground. This leash recoils and stops that problem. Also the fabric is nice and smooth so if it does touch the ground it’s not picking up as much dirt. The traffic handle is nice and close so for a taller dog you can still keep them right next to you. Overall a fantastic leash - durable and attractive with a nice hand feel.

I'm using this to keep my dog safely secured in my backseat without restricting him too much. There's enough length that he can move around, and the stretch also helps with that, but also in mitigating any shocks from short stops and such.I like it because it seems to be comfortable for him, while giving me the peace of mind that he's not going to try to jump into the front seat while I drive, which he's been known to do. It's probably a little short to use on an actual walk with him, but it may work in a pinch.Overall, I'm happy with the leash; it feels like a much higher quality product than the price would indicate.

I like the bungee feature of the leash gives a little more length if your dog pulls much better than a retractable leash. Made well, should last a long time.

This bungee lead doesn’t stop your dog pulling but it does absorb some of the stress when he/ she surges.

Using it for teaching my dog to walk along side my disability scooter

Bought item in February and was reasonable happy with it. By March the locking clip had failed making it unsafe to use.
