The item is descent. The only thing I didn't like is that there were no instructions on how to put it together before attaching it to the rear view mirror. Plus, the bar that is supposed to move side to side for allowing for various angles, doesn't move so easy when you screw it on all the way. I'm not sure if you are supposed to leave that "screw-on part" a little loose. Again, no instructions.

NO suction feature. Caveat: the center grip will hit the mirror up/down adjustment, yet the length device can offset the grip away from this location, some car may not work ?!The quick click mount is not available like some mount, yet workable with 2 hand mounting

Not as sturdy as it looks but it does pass the test of holding my phone. Does hold and even stays put when on rough roads. Good product overall

Putting it together was easy. My first test for it was being able to place my phone in the grip without having to take my case off, it sadly was to thick for the grip and that doesn't bother me really, It's just something I like to generally test out. I went to install it onto my rear view mirror, it was kind of a struggle. It doesn't fully fit on the mirror but it is on there the most it can be and it's pretty sturdy. I like the sturdiness overall of it but I wish the mirror grip had more extenstion to it so it'd be fitted to my mirror better. At least it's on there though, I really needed it.

Good as expected

I really wanted to love this rearview mirror phone holder. Putting it together and installation was easy. It has some great features like the adjustable arm length and the 360 rotating structure; they work great. However, if your rearview mirror has that switch/tab in the middle, you are going to have a problem. You won't be able to place the holder in the center of your mirror. Although the bottom claw length is adjustable and could go over the switch, it make the holder unstable. I tried placing it next to the switch but I think it made the mirror shake to that one side and I found that a bit distracting while driving. Lastly the actual phone holder itself is not compatible with thick phone cases, pop sockets, kickstand, loop case, ring holder, Otter case, belt clip, etc. The moment I hit a bump, the phone fell because the mount can't grip the phone case well. If you have a slim case with nothing on the back, the phone holder would be great and the buttons to release the phone work well. Like I said, this rearview mirror phone holder is great and does work well if you have the right mirror and phone case. Unfortunately for me, I'm going to return it.

When i searched for this, it was to fit a jeep wrangler. Not a chance this thing is going to fit. False Advertising. As a matter of fact it wont fit any mirror with an anti-glare flip in the middle of the mirror. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Pros1. Versatile - rotation, extendable and rotatable. Does not seem to block my vision. Very adjustable.2. Easy to put large phone in place. I have an IPhone 13 max pro3. Seems sturdy going over bumps on the roadCons - None so far.

The bottom hook fits right where my mirror switch is to dull bright headlights at night. So if I mount it there, I can never dull the headlights.Also something to think about. I need glasses to drive. With my prescription is brought the phone too close to my face. I couldn't see it properly because it was too close.

I bought this, as I travel a lot and rent cars. It does not fit properly on a lot of mirrors, specially if they are very tick mirror (those with sensor) - you are better off with vent holder with magnet. I used it on 3 out of 5 cars - as it would not fit on 2. When you use it, you really have to tighten - as with bumps it might move.I RETURNED IT AND DID NOT GET MY REFUND, SINCE MID JUNE!
