All that turned up in the oversized envelope which offered no protection to the mesh cover on the headrest was just the headrest itself, no fixtures or fittings, this is next to useless to me, ive now either got to return it or go buy extra bits in order for this to be of any use

Works well for what I needed.I have a gaming chair that didn't have a head rest and over time I've been having neck problems.I knew this product wasn't for a gaming chair but decided that I could make it work easily.Came in a postal bag with no instructions so I was a little worried but nothing was missing.Had to make slits to the top of the chair and use a drill to make wholes in the wood inside the chair for the screws but works great and is completely secure and sturdy.My chair is very comfy now and I have less strain on my neck. I can adjust it's height a little and angel the rest as needed. Very pleased.

Rubbish, don't waste your money.Bad quality. Don't fit properly. No instructions just stuffed in a bag. So not happy waste of money thrown in the bin
