Great, everything you need.
This emergency kit is great. It has everything you need to evacuate in an emergency (except a change of clothes) or to shelter in place. It tells you that the food and water expire in four years so you can put it away and hopefully will never need it. It is small enough for a young one to carry as well. I’m very glad I purchased it.

Great Pack; Great Customer Service
Great pack of prepared survival supplies. The emergency hand crank power "station" with flashlight, AM/FM radio, siren, cell phone charger is especially nice. We bought the deluxe kit for this. The water supply is not really adequate for a somewhat comfortable three days (but more would make it super heavy), so we added potable aqua water treatment tablets as well as a Sierra saw and Bic lighters among some other serious items we wanted. We also added some niceties, like small toothbrushes and mini toothpaste tube and kool-aid packets for flavoring purified water. Even with the extras everything fits nicely in the pack. We started thinking seriously about preparing for something like this after the earthquake/tsunami in Japan. One of the real five star things about this pack is the great customer service that Ready America gives. Our pack was somehow missing the nitrile gloves and dust masks. I contacted the company and said it was a great kit as is, but that ours was missing those items and was there a chance we could get them. They responded right away, and even though my original response with mailing information got lost, they contacted me a few weeks later saying they hadn't heard back. That's excellent not only to respond, but to keep on top of the issue. This company not only makes a good product but cares about its customers. First rate.

I like it
This is a nice product. I keep it in my car and as I live in an area where it can get very cold it is a useful thing to have should I ever be in a wreck or snowed in or such in the middle of nowhere. There are a couple of fairly useless items included - I'm honestly not sure why anyone thought the safety goggles were a good idea for the amount of room they take up . . . The medical kit is rather basic and could use some additions. But overall for the price this is a good product. Get it, remove the safety goggles and use the extra space to add some more useful supplies and you've got a handy little emergency kit.

Excellent Go Bag
My wife and I were encouraged by some of our friends to put together a go bag for emergencies. We researched the subject and gathered lists and items that should be included. Things to remember, suggestions etc. All of this seemed simple enough until we started to put things together. Time went by and we found it more difficult to finish than it seemed that it should have be. Further research brought us to the amazon store where we discovered this excellent go bag. It includes items that, first of all I, didn't even know existed. One is a hand powered flashlight, am/fm radio and phone charger with a loud alarm sound to get attention from rescue workers. Really cool. Works great. Also is has items I wouldn't have considered putting in my home made bag. A whistle? Goggles? Heavy duty gloves? But after further consideration in disaster conditions with debris and dust those items are very important. The backpack itself is also very nice. Seems very durable and well made.

I am ready for the end!
I have been meaning to get this type of kit to have around the house in case of an emergency. Now we have it and we are ready for the apocalypse. Well, we will be ready for a few days, then we're doomed. Either way, this is a good emergency item to have and it was a good price.

Great bag
I took this bag with me when I went to volunteer in OK. I am glad I did. I knew we were headed for more bad storms, but had no idea the strength would be so bad. When the power went out I grabbed the flash light, and the work gloves are very strong. Held up to barbed wire. We wore the eye protectors, because believe it or not all that debris flying around we were glad we decided to wear them. The bag itself isn't that great, but for this price put all of this stuff in another one. This thing helped us out, and I will be buying another one.

Five Stars
A great life-saving kit for weather calamities. I purchased this item just only as a backup in flood conditions. It includes every essential need like a flashlight, first-aid kit, emergency light, hand gloves, multi-purpose toolkit, poncho, food bar and many other things included in this emergency kit. All the total items 107 easily fits in Ready America backpack also can be easily stored in a reachable place in a home or car. I purchased a 4person deluxe emergency kit and also available in different variety like 1person or 2person. The main thing is food bar expiration date is a very long and can be replaceable once expire. I personally recommended this product everybody to keep Ready America Emergency Kit.
