GREAT LAPTOP, GREAT SERVICE
I was doubtful about this as it has windows 11 which we are not used to but find it very easy to get used to. Any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the tech team who respond almost instantly, no waiting for days to get an answer.I bought this for a family member but quite fancy one for myself!

Dynabook Pro C50-J10K, i3, 8GB, 256 GB ssd
This Laptop is good, not flimsy, light enough, fast enough, no overheating issues so far, even when working 8 hours long. U certainly need external ssd drive as its capacity is very small 256 GB only. Speakers' sound quality is good, camera quality fairly good, could be a bit better. Nice keyboard, sd memory card slot, Ethernet slot. Tethering with your smart phone, u can also share your connection via Bluetooth. Screen quality is good. Battery life 4-5 hours max even when u just perform basic tasks, web browsing etc. U can set your Laptop to charge battery to a certain level, so as to protect and prolong your battery life. My order arrived before the due date and the package was at good condition. This item is not sold directly from amazon. I have bought this item recently so if any issues appear, I will repost here.

This item came with a lower specification than ordered = 8gb of Ram not 16 as Advertised
I ordered and paid for this item which clearly states 16gb of RAM however the spec when checked was given as being 8GB. I was disappointed too say the least. On checking other reviews someone else claims to have also had the same problem.

The battery is great but the sound is no good at all I can't hear a thing.

A solid machine
The laptop looks solid and meets expectationsThe specifications were a bit hard to pin down as the detailed part of the product page did not match the write-up, so contacted sender for confirmation (and checked on maker's site)As ever the windows setup was annoying as Microsoft want to lock you into everything - just keep saying no!

ADVERTISED AS 16GB RAM - ONLY 8GB
The item I ordered was advertised as having 16GB installed RAM, but when checking the system specifications its only 8GB.

Casing is more black than blue:
First : had to return as the wrong spec was sent. However the bit of testing I did do indicated a fast machine and stylish. No led keyboard but not a problem.Runs window 11 which is fine
