simply terrible avoid this make or similar really bad bad

I was sceptical about this jet washer for the price but after using it 3 times now to clean cars and patios I have to say it’s a really great bit of kit. It is easy to start, really powerful and comes with a great selection of spray adapters. My only criticism would be its quite loud!!

Have only managed to use it twice, great machine, easy start and very powerful making cleaning drives a lot quicker, however the hose failed on only the 2nd use, but have contacted the seller and a replacement should be here soon,

Only worked successfully approx 4 times.Thereafter it became difficult to start and then completely failed to function last September...I triedseveral times since with no success whatever! I live too far away to consider returning this despicable machine. I was attracted to it by youradvertisement but fortunately I still have its aged predecessor which continues to operate regularly giving optimum satisfaction. A very user friendly and powerful jet washer. Good on petrol. Auto cut-out works perfectly on low petrol/oil.First start take choke off after a few pulls and away she goes. Get yourself a little funnel for the oilinsertion. Works perfectly with 10/40 oil. Just follow procedure of all connected, water on, trigger on to remove air,then pull start cord. Release pressure by trigger pull after every failed pull. Stop by red switch then water off simples.Goggles and waterproofs a must. Don't buy an alternative, this is the one.

We read the reviews and hubby duly tied up the hose so it couldnt get in the way of the engine parts.It starts first time, engine not too noisy either.To wheel about is first class as we dont have a concrete yard but gravel and dirt and its great and easy!The lance is so easy to change. we shall get a couple more for other jobs.The length of the hose is pretty short given you cant get round a vehicle without having to move teh washer. So we shall get another hose of longer length.It is very very powerful so be careful of paint on walls etc... try out firston somethign... but its brilliant!!We love it!! and thats saying something as my husband is a brand name only person normally but cannot fault it.However, when you buy a new item and there is a damaged part..they will send you not a new item but a second hand one!!!!!!! even though you have bought a new machine?????? For that reason I am now downgrading this review to 3 stars for poor customer service

I have now used this for just over 40 hours running to prepare my fairly large house for painting. This has been over the past eight weeks and this machine has been superb! Easy starting and never misses a beat........brilliant! It’s easily moved about and easy to lift into the back of my van.I knew when I ordered it that the hose was a bit short but I had another one made up (12 metres) which cost £60 and was well worth it.

Firstly, the gripes: It is not 206 Bar, the working pressure in the book and on the machine says 186 Bar. The plastic rivets for the upper lance holder disintegrated the first time they were used. The feed water connection did not fit any of my UK hose fittings, and had to be changed. It is very difficult to put oil into it because the oil filler is in a difficult position; the patio was dripping with oil when it was finished. Trying to start it was extremely hard, long and frustrating, and without understanding the trick to getting it started, you could be there all week. To start it, the feed water must be turned off and the lance trigger wide open when the starter cord is pulled. For one person to hold the lance trigger open, hold the washer down and heave at the starter, all at the same time is, for me, impossible. But the trigger must be open to relieve the pressure in the high pressure pump because if it is not relieved, the back pressure prevents you getting a pull which is good enough to start it. When running, it is loud enough to wake the dead, so if you have sensitive neighbours, buy something else.Now the praise. What a fantastic performer! (Once you start it) The white nozzle gets the slabs spotless, and the red nozzle might be able to cut concrete. My Karcher rotary patio cleaner fits perfectly. But be aware that it is so powerful that everything in the parish will be covered in the gunge that was blasted off the slabs, and it will take you a day to get the Vicar's car clean again.
