I trusted the label as I'm sicilian and I know the difference between real pistachios and the cheap version that is only sugar and colorant. As I opened the jar I already understood this was good, it has a very dark brown colour and smells amazing. I tried making cheesecake with it and it was as good as sicilian ice cream.
