Fine. Good prices and options. Not always great coverage, but in mid wales there is not always coverage with anyone.

Arrived post haste in a little Amazon card envelope. I am not an expert when it comes to phones. Lost my temper with a phone I've had for a couple of years as it was always going to YouTube or adverts while I was in the process of texting. Possibly malware got in somehow. Binned it. Shouldn't there be places to put old phones in for recycling? Anyway, looked through Amazon pages, found a brilliant looking 'refurbished' phone for forty quid. That turned up pretty quickly as well. Only problem was, I couldn't figure out for the life of me how the SIM card that was in my old phone was supposed to fit in the new phone. Spent days trying it this way and that. There really should be some kind of guide or even standadization. Gave up. Sent off for this with a small piece of hope. Fiddled about with the new SIM card for a few hours. Finally worked out that the actual SIM had to be cut down in size by pushing it out from the surrounding card and then it would go into my new Alcotel phone sideways!! Anyway, thank goodness for this. I suppose it was help of a kind. The cost of 1p is worrying, but I suppose they get some money somehow.
