Dissolves better than many casein powders and the texture is pretty good as well. However as with most cheaper powders it's over sweet and lacks the flavour it's mean to be. I end up having to add cocoa powder to it.

Honestly, it was absolutely vile mixed with just water in a regular protein shaker bottle. The texture was strange, and the flavour was not good. Would have given it a 1 or 2 star review, but mixing it in with yogurt it's actually pretty good. I'd imagine it would be good blended with fruits also. But I wouldn't ever drink it just with water.

I have got the chocolate shake and it is tasty and easy to take.

Would not recommend, stomach problems probably from cheap ingredients. Very badly packaged, it looks like someone just slammed the contents in and heat sealed it or something. You will be unable to close the seal if your one is as bad as my one because it's all blocked up with powder from bad packaging. The taste isn't bad, it's not great though and feels very watery no matter the consistency. That same day or maybe the next, I am not sure, I couldn't wait and had to get something sooner so I went to a local store and got Instant Mass Heavyweight by Reflex Nutrition 2kg chocolate which didn't seem too bad and the flavour is a bit better than that of this bulk powder. On my next return I'd be looking for something more quality which will probably also require a higher budget.

Caséine neutre ayant un goût lacté très léger. Valeur nutritionnelle très satisfaisante. Permet de faire pas mal de recettes protéinées comme des overnight oats ou des galettes. Prix quasi imbattable.

Dieses micellare Kasein nutze ich hauptsächlich für meine Protein-Fluff-Bowls. Genau dafür eignet es sich richtig gut, weil Kasein beim Aufschlagen deutlich an Volumen gewinnt und eine sehr feste, cremige Konsistenz bekommt. Ich habe es sowohl geschmacksneutral als auch mit Vanille probiert und mag gerade die neutrale Variante, weil man sie flexibel aromatisieren kann. Für meine Fluff-Bowl mische ich meist Wasser oder Milch mit etwa 30 Gramm Kasein und schlage das Ganze mehrere Minuten auf, entweder mit dem Handmixer oder in der Küchenmaschine. Je länger man schlägt, desto mehr Volumen entsteht. Oft gebe ich noch etwas Joghurt oder Quark dazu und ein wenig Gelatine, damit die Masse besonders stabil wird. Nach kurzem Kühlen wird daraus eine sehr fluffige Eiweiß-Bowl, die locker das Zwei- bis Dreifache an Volumen erreicht. Mit Flavordrops oder Flavour Powder lässt sich der Geschmack leicht anpassen. Kasein ist dafür bekannt, im Magen deutlich langsamer zu passieren als Whey, ähnlich wie man es von Käse kennt. Dadurch hält die Sättigung bei mir spürbar länger an. Ich nutze das gerne als Pre- oder Post-Workout-Mahlzeit oder abends, weil es nicht schwer im Magen liegt, aber trotzdem lange vorhält. Laut Hersteller liefert das Pulver pro Portion rund 25 Gramm Eiweiß. Auf 100 Gramm gerechnet liegt der Proteingehalt bei etwa 80 Prozent. Enthalten ist ein vollständiges Aminosäurenprofil mit allen essentiellen Aminosäuren, darunter auch Leucin, Isoleucin und Valin. Zucker und Fett sind niedrig, der Geschmack neutral und ohne zugesetzte Süßstoffe. Die empfohlene Portionsgröße liegt bei etwa 30 Gramm. Mit der 500-Gramm-Packung kommt man damit auf rund 16 bis 17 Portionen beziehungsweise Tage, wenn man eine Portion pro Tag nutzt. Für mich ein sehr gutes Kasein, vor allem für Protein-Fluff, Bowls und cremige Rezepte, bei denen Volumen, Sättigung und eine feste Konsistenz gefragt sind.

J'ai essayé plusieurs protéine, isolat, whey, Hydro... Seul la whey que je n'est pas retenu... Il me restait à essayer la caséine. C'est chose faite, et je ne suis pas déçu... Je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus épais que ça et en faite c'est plus la texture qui est différente... Ça passe nickel... Pour le moment je la prend le soir avant le couché et d'autres protéine en journée... Peut être que je vais en prendre aussi le matin au réveil... Le kilo est bien là et le goût chocolat est très agréable. L'odeur de la poudre donne envie de ce faire un shaker... A voir dans le temps pour sont efficacité... Satisfait, j'en reprendrais sans doute. Faible en graisse et en sucre.

È un prodotto particolare, disciolto in acqua il sapore si attenua molto, utilizzando il latte diventa granuloso, anche aggiungendo molto latte la situazione non cambia, il sapore migliora ma la consistenza peggiora solamente. Non è un problema del marchio, è il prodotto in se che ha queste caratteristiche, potreste trovare di meglio? Si ma preso ad un prezzo conveniente è un prodotto validissimo.
