...you will need a fan too.It has 3M adhesive on it, not thermal pad - it will move easy if you try to rotate it after applied. After few days it will be better.Unfortunately, on a Pi3 in original Pi case, the temperature drops with about 2 degrees Celsius only.You have to use in a better cooling case, preferably with a fan, for better results.

I used these on a bunch of Pi 3B+ I was working on and they all did their job.Need to careful when you peel away the tape and that you don't accidentally strip out the white adhesive thermal tape. The only thing (and I am not going to take a star off) is if this bundle came with the small flat copper heat sink for the memory module (which is situated underneath the Pi3B+ main board. But I picked this up on amazon also.

Very expensive but works

These little heat sinks are fantastic for the price. My RPi processor now runs around 5-10 degrees C cooler than it did before I added the heat sink to it. A fan would improve things further, but for now I don’t need to, and these little things are perfect.If you have a Pi which is running hot (often it will misbehave if it’s getting too warm) these things can really help it work a lot better.

Used for a non-Raspberry Pi application. Work well enough. Easy to fix as they come with a glue pad.
