I've been using Elixir for a number of years, and whilst they are not the cheapest, you get what you pay for, I gig 2-3 times a week and these last me a month of gigs, easily, other brands I'm lucky to get a gig and half out of them, mainly due to the acidity of my skin, I can kill a set of strings in a couple of hours. they hold tune, stretch in quickly, and in my opinion have a great tone that lasts and lasts. I use them on all my electrics now and have played on 10-46 since I was 15, tension is perfect for me, Give them a whirl nothing to lose her on Amazon, if you don't like them at least you tried...

I’d estimate I play guitar 20-30 hours a week, practicing at home, playing in gigs and concerts, general use in changing weather conditions, etc, and these strings have never once cocked up on me. They keep their tone, soft feel, tuning stability, and don’t corrode even after many months of use without changing them. The price is brilliant for the longevity and quality they provide, and I can’t imagine ever switching from Elixir’s “nanoweb” strings. I honestly love ‘em

Can't beat the value here! Elixirs have a slightly more 'silky' feel that may take a few plays to get used too. They hold tunings well , even when tuning is changed often. I have very corrosive , sweaty hands , that just kill normal and even stainless strings. These baby's last me months , as opposed to weeks and just keep sounding great. In summary , these will save money in the long run and for those who don't play often , they are perfect top leave sat on your guitar for months at a time!

Great quality strings. Pack of three string sets. 2 set of strings contained an empty envelope. So 1 set was not a full set. So I have no high E string. Will have to keep the set for emergency individual changes.

I've only had these strings on my acoustic for a day but they feel and sound great, I don't like bronze strings so always use electric guitar strings, usually Ernie Ball, but I thought I'd give these coated strings a try, glad I did

Strings last an age, and feel great every time. While the initial upfront cost is moderate, the sheer longevity of one set of strings is impressive. This beats having to wipe down strings after each use, only to find them sound dead and lifeless, and having to change every month/ every other month. These strings sound fresh and clear from the moment you put them on, to the moment you take them off.

Previously used Ernie Ball slinkies. Good strings but the do need regular changing. Was recommended Elixir nanoweb strings. They are not cheap but are excellent quality. Great tone and they last at least 3 times longer than other strings. Would not buy any other strings now. This set was even better because of the free pack. If you are a serious musician and regularly play gigs, do yourself a favour and buy these. After all, you ve probably spent a fortune on your guitar so why compromise on the strings ??

I have been using Elixir strings for many years now and have always found them to be fantastic. They sound and feel great and they last and last without any signs of deterioration in quality. Apparently they are difficult to obtain at the current time due to Covid etc. I have tried other “coated” strings but they do not compare to the feel and sound of Elixir.

Guitar strings are great and the delivery was great

I’ve been playing guitar for years and I always come back to Elixir. They just feel right. The tone is super clean, bright and smooth and they settle in fast without needing constant retuning. What really makes them stand out though is how long they LAAAAAAAST. I play pretty regularly and I used to swap out strings every couple of weeks. With these, I easily get a month or more of solid, fresh sound. Even after that, they’re still playable. You can feel the coating at first but it’s smooth, not weird or sticky, and honestly I forget it’s there after a few minutes of playing. Also, the value in the 3-pack is great. I’ve tried other brands that claim long life and clarity, but none have stayed as consistent as Elixir. I use these for everything from clean picking to heavier playing and they hold up. No dead strings out of the pack, no weird overtones, no surprises. If you care about tone and you don’t want to constantly be changing your strings, these are a no-brainer. They’re not the cheapest, but they’ve saved me way more in time and frustration than what I’d “save” buying cheaper packs.

Las cuerdas Elixir pueden ser las mejores cuerdas que vas a encontrar en relación calidad/precio. Tengo un problema grave de sudoración de manos y, como podéis entender, mis cuerdas suelen durar poco por mucho que las limpie tras tocar. El pasado verano puse unas Elixir en mis guitarras y puedo decir que la she usado hasta Octubre, sin pérdida de brillo no tono. Este pack sale más que económico. Si no las has probado, deberías concerderle el beneficio de la duda.
