How do I make these glasses fit better to my head ? When I put them on top of my head (not on my eyes) they fall down and are really loose on my head

Sorry I have never tried that .I usually hang round my neck

Are these actual glasses or can i wear them even though i dont need glasses

They are non-prescription plain lenses, so you can use them simply to block blue light. If you read without glasses, these are just what you need. If you do need reading glasses, these are not for you.
