It could be said “it’s a charger, and it charges”, but it is more. It’s reliable, the plastic uprights are strong and secure enough to hold an iPad Pro 12” in place and it doesn’t get hot when all slots are being used.As a family with many devices this gets used a lot and we also take it on vacation with us as it saves the hassle of millions of chargers.It’s solid, it works. That’s good enough for me.It also arrived very quickly with sensible packaging too

UPDATE (After three weeks) : After multiple polite emails back and forth from Kingloong, a replacement was sent out to me. This time they insisted that I purchase the black version (my original product was the black new design version. There are 4 versions available). To clarify, my original purchase was the black design that comes with THREE lightening Apple cables and TWO micro USB cables and each USB port has a variable output of 0-2.4A. The replacement they sent me was the black charging station. This version instead has only TWO Apple lightning cables and 3 Micro USB cables with 3 USB ports with 1A and the other two USB ports being 2A. So whilst I have now had to buy one additional lightening Apple cable, most importantly this charging station now actually charges all 5 of our family iPhones quite quickly to 100% 'perfectly' - as they would all charge with their Apple lightening cordes and plugs. Now our 5 phones are easily placed in this neat and tidy charging station. There are no masses of long cables and multiple plugs everywhere! And with each phone charging in their own section, we can easily see whose phone is where it should be at bedtime! I'm really pleased that they sent me a replacement and I gave them a second chance! I highly recommend the black version (not the new design black) for charging 5 iPhones.ORIGINAL POST (new black design version):Sadly I'm disappointed in this device. It looks nice and tidy however, it does not fulfill its main purpose - TO CHARGE phones. It does charge our iPhone 5s (but only to 95% overnight!?!) and an iPhone 6s, however when the children's iPhone 4s and iPhone 7 are connected, the phone repeatedly and continuously buzz off and on saying charging and the iPhone 4 comes up with a message saying incompatible device. The iPhone7 doesn't charge properly despite the continuous 'charging' message!I have emailed the company but 5 days later I've had NO response! A big waste of money and time unfortunately- I will now need to replace with something that actually safely and properly charges.

We used to have all our devices all over the kitchen tops, plugged into all the sockets. We not have this in the office and all the devices plug into this and stand on the stand.Only 2 of the charging points are high speed, but that suits us ok. The leads were a little short so we just use the ones we already had. I would recommend, it works fine and we have had it for a few months now.

I mean all 5 work, but not all at once. I bought it for us to use at work and we need all 5 to work, but when I connect 5 devices it stops charging all of them. I will try to contact seller to return and get a new one if this one is faulty. Other than than really nice design and all - just need to get it to do its job first

I am not very happy with this product . The little plastic dividers don't stay in place and just fall out . It's frustrating and a waste of time to keep putting them back in . Wish I could refund but I think it's too late :(Hi , thank you very much for your message . Initially worked well charing our two iPads and two iPhones. Recently the unit will cycle, power up and down constantly causing devices to connect and disconnect. Not only is this annoying but it also prevents our devices from being charged. A return is in work.

I was very happy with this charging station, however: after about 11 months I noticed that it started to make a high pitched humming noise that's a bit irritating, and one of the ports stopped working. Four months after that, a second port stopped working. A couple of weeks later, a third port stopped working. Then it was down to two ports, and now just one is working. This charging station has lasted one and a half years.I'm so disappointed with this item. It really seemed perfect: my desk is so much more organized now, but I don't want to have to buy a new one every year. That's a ridiculous amount of waste. Hopefully other brands will have docking ports that last longer.

Fantastic. The mess has been sorted! Easy to put together. Compact. I have 2 tablets (in covers) & 3 phones (slim covers) charging most nights. Suggest ordering second set short connector wires in different colour. Black for Android & white for iPhone.
