Columbia Men's Watertight Ii Cap

Let me start by saying that the hat fits extremely well, it’s comfortable, and it is indeed waterproof, as I was in a few rainstorms and my head never got wet, the water glides off it like Teflon.What’s wrong, you ask? Well, for one thing, it doesn’t quite match the image on this or Columbia’s website, leading me to wonder whether this one isn’t a very good knockoff. On the left side of the hat there should be the words “OMNI-TECH”. It’s not there. I was going to buy another one direct from Columbia to compare, but they’re out of stock, so draw your own conclusions from it. Because the hat otherwise performs as it should, I’ll be keeping it, but you should at least know.

Great hat, wished it was a bit more beige rather than the greenish tint that it has. Nevertheless, served its purpose while hiking in the rain to protect my eyeglasses. This allowed me to enjoy the view as opposed to having eyeglasses full of droplets.

Looked a long time for a waterproof baseball cap. Columbia more than fits the bill. Hat is just a little warm, this being late September it again stand out.

I wear a 7.5 hat. This hat is snug in the front of my head no matter how loose I make it in the back. Aside from being tight in the front it’s works as advertised. I only rated it low because of the fit. It is water tight, if you don’t have a melon like mine you should get it
