Doves Farm, Quick Yeast, 125g

Great product! I'd purchased a French brand but that that simply didn't work so I bought some Dove Farm yeast instead. It's great, works fast and makes perfect bread. Thanks! (No French yeast for me in future!)

Very easy to use, with no need to activate in warm water. Just add to your flour. I use in my no-knead bread dough. Good for breadmakers too. I plan to buy this regularly.

Wet good yeast and seems fresh. Noticeably better results than supermarket tinned variety. Seems a bit expensive but can be offset by the free delivery etc. Overall happy and will purchase again

As it says in the headline, this yeast is first class for all baking needs. Importantly, it is the best I have found for the bread making machine. Arrived quickly and item is exactly as required, fresh stock. Transport a little pricey for single item orders.

This is by far the best instant yeast I have used for home baking. I have previously tried Fermipan, Allinson, Mauripan and Saf-Instant, as well as all of the supermarkets' own brand yeasts. None of them have been as good as this one, in terms of reliability and rise, even with heavily seeded wholemeal flour. It's also very reasonably priced considering it comes in such small batches.

This was bought for my son who has a gluten allergy and for use in a bread maker. It’s been great but does make the bread rise quickly so you need to be exact with the measurements in your recipes. Great product and will definitely be buying again.

I was looking to buy some yeast, not really appreciating that there were such vast differences in quality and performance. I read the review by Claptonian and, at the time, I was slightly scepical but thought I would give it a go. After using it just once in my breadmaker I was a convert, the results were truely amazing, the bread had risen much more than it had in the past and it was gorgeouly light and fluffy. I shall never again use anything other than Doves Farm Quick Yeast when making bread!

So easy to use. I've had a perfect rise every time with all types of bread. I bake by hand and do not use a breadmaker

I am brand new to baking and had no idea which yeast to buy and settled on this one from Amazon and it does not disappoint. I kept it in the fridge after opening and in the course of two months have made cookies, bread loaves, hamburger buns, twist churro donuts, hotteoks, dumpling skins and more. AMAZING rise every time and beautiful results. Wonderful product!

I found this yeast at a grocery store in London - it worked so well in all my teamster breads that, when I ran out, I went on the hunt to try & find it in the US. Amazon to the rescue! Love the way even the heaviest of breads (like multi-grain) rise with this yeast!

I have used this yeast in the past and it has never failed me. I would normally give 5 stars, but my 3 star rating is strictly based on the expiration date of the product sent to me. Product was delivered today, halloween 24 and the 125g pack that arrived today has an expiration date of 2/13/25. I do not own a bakery. There is no way I will use all of this within that timeframe.
