Don't let the panzies put you off
I don't usually leave reviews but I feel like I need to counteract the unfair reviews about taste. Dilute it in a full glass of water and yes, it tastes a little acidic and salty, but it's by no means undrinkable. All brands will taste the same. This is a sports supplement not your weekend Pina colada.

Rotting Fish Taste
If you love the taste of ROTTEN FISH then this HCL is for you … it’s not clear on the listing but the ingredients contain fish, crustaceans, molluscs which would explain it … I am still taking it but WOW! It doesn’t matter what you mix it with it’s still absolutely disgusting … not for the faint-hearted! On a positive note, I do feel that it reduces muscle pains from workouts, exercise and contact sport so there are benefits … if you can get past the taste … I’m sure there are better tasting Creatine HCL out there … just ensure you choose one without fish content .. I won’t be buying this brand again!

Very effective but horrid taste
If you are serious about creating, then this is a go to one! The only thing I recommend is to take it with a citrus based juice, and to make sure this stuff doesn’t touch your teeth! It makes your teeth feel very “gritty”, so would recommended a use of a straw or simply down it! This mixes with minimal stirring; I do not experience any bloating as with creating mono; very good value for money and increases your strength at the gym!

Taste - Not bad if you're prepared
I heard that it tasted awful, which it doesn't, IF you know what to expect. Most people automatically assume either a neutral or sweet taste, but this HCL is a taste equivalent to sour lemon/lime.On my second dose I was ready for it - no problem. But that first uninitiated dose, wow... like a super sour sweet.

Good stuff, taste is not that bad. Lift heavy + Use this = GAINS :)
Good stuff, people say it tastes terrible, it's not that bad, try drinking spirulina, that is nasty but I drink that down as spirulina is very good for you and you don't need to taste it just swig it down quickly like a shot. Back to this creatine, I would recommend it as it is much better absorbed than monohydrate versions which also can cause cramping of muscles etc this will not do that neither does it have the associated excessive water retention that other cheaper versions cause. If you want creatine then HCL is the best form and well worth paying an extra few quid for.

A harrowing encounter with Creatine
First of all, bag barely opens and it’s uncomfortable to scoop out Creatine. Some parts are solid and you’d need to pulverize it yourself as though it were sugar cubes. The worst part: the taste. My god .Describing the flavor of this creatine as merely 'unpleasant' would be a gross understatement. It possessed a pungent essence reminiscent of rotten salt, a comparison I never imagined I'd make in the realm of dietary supplements.Eager to incorporate this supplement into my fitness regimen, I experimented with various concoctions, hoping to mask its dreadful taste. Juices, shakes, smoothies – you name it, I tried blending the creatine with it. Alas, each attempt was in vain. The overpowering rotten flavor of the creatine mercilessly dominated every drink, transforming what should have been refreshing beverages into vile potions. The impact of this creatine's flavor on my dietary routine was profound and disheartening. Each sip felt like a flavor torture, a test of endurance rather than a healthful addition to my diet. It's a stark reminder that not all supplements are created equal, especially when it comes to palatability.

Tastes terrible but works
Tastes terrible as theres no flavouring etc. Even mixed with juice its still just as bad. If you’re not into strong tasting yuk then stick with monohydrate
