Delicious .
This flour is so different to any I have tasted before . The colour , creamy, is different, the texture, slightly spongy, is delicious. I used a very very familiar recipe and the total taste makes me think I can never go back to supermarket bread. Or indeed home made bread made with regular flour.

Doves Farm Organic Strong White Bread Flour My 2nd Review
My order was delivered on time, but I was surprised to find one of the bags of flour had burst & split in half. I saved what I could & have used it to make bread in my bread maker, which turned out very good. I have just found that I have had a refund which was much appreciated. I was surprised that I did not have a notification of my complaint so the refund was a very unexpected & a pleasant surprise. So thank you very much to all concernedI find the flour very good for bread making & can highly recommend it. I shall be buying more when I need it.

My favourite white bread flour
I have been making my own bread by hand for a while now and have tried several different white bread flours from own brands to more specialised (and more expensive) makes, however, this is by far my favourite. It is organic, makes lovely light bread with a nice crust, and is a very reasonable price. I use it for pizzas too and mix it with wholemeal in a 25% / 75% mix. For the price its certainly worth a try.

This is great flour that we use in our bread machine. The package was in tact but one bag was split open. A quick message to the seller resolved it easily.
