Hubsan H502E X4 DESIRE CAM 720P HD Camera with GPS 2.4GHz 4CH 6 Axis Gyro RC Drone Radio Controlled Quadcopter Multicopter

Delivery was super fast as would be expected with Amazon prime. The Hubsan X4 desire was bought from JYZ drone and fulfilled by Amazon, I have absolutely no issues from purchase to delivery.It was nicely packed and in perfect working order out of the box.I bought the JYZ drone Hubsan X4 desire as a starter model that was going to get me into the hobby. I set my self a few requirements, the main one being it had to have GPS so if anything goes wrong I can at least get it to return to the spot where I was flying it from..This seamed the absolute perfect choice, it was ready to fly almost out of the box. A charge of the supplied battery for the quad copter and a set of four ( not supplied) AAA batteries for the controller. My 2nd requirement was to be able to get replacement parts should I need them, spares for every single part of this drone are easy to acquire..Again this quad copter ticked every single box for a new beginner like my self. Also price was a major factor too, I did not want to spend a fortune for my needs as a beginner, I did a few searches on Amazon and prices varied for the Hubsan X4 desire. JYZ drone was the cheapest seller for this particular drone that I found on here at that time. Also it was cheaper than on a well known auction site.When it arrived & after unpacking I took it out into the garden for my first test flight after I had installed the propellers and supplied propeller guards of course, I followed the instructions from the instruction manual on setting up and locking on to to the GPS satellites, they were simple and straight forward to follow, before long it was ready for it’s maiden voyage, all be it just a quick test flight..Boy was I as nervous as heck, but kind of excited at the same time, my first flight went really well despite a few bumps here and there. The return to home worked pretty well too, I got about 9 minutes out of flight time from the supplied battery, this was to be expected on its first charge, after a few more full charge/discharge cycles the battery will reach its full capacity and give longer flight times..This was another of my requirements, the ease of finding & buying extra batteries, I think JYZ drone will be able to supply these and other spare parts. I need to contact them and ask this, if not they’re readily available so no worries there..Well after my first test flight I was super happy with the final choice i made with the Hubsan X4 desire from this seller. My next trip out with it I will add a micro SD card and I’m looking forward to recording some footage with it..I can not praise this quad copter enough, for beginners like me it’s absolutely perfect, not to expensive should things go wrong. Once I get used to this I hope to be upgrading, my next choice will certainly be another Hubsan quad copter. For the money and features it’s unbeatable, I am now going to see which other Hubsan drones JYZ sells and do a little research on them, every body needs more than one drone quad copter.. I will update my review once I have had time to test it out fully in the field.

I saw the reviews and recognized that this must be the best value GPS drone available. It fly's very well and is ideal for a beginner like me.

This is a great done for the money and was my first proper GPS drone. The controls are reasonably easy to use and the drone is easy to use. However i found that the altitude hold was not great even in light breezes it drifted un controllable. I used the RTH on my first flight at first i thought it was working i climbed up high then looked to start descending however it just shot to the side and before i could regain control it crashed into a tree. After this mishap i thought it was game over however it survives and still fly's. Since then i have not trusted the RTH.Overall its a great drone for the money and a great entry drone. I now have 3 Hubsans and they are all solid robust drones. However given its poor controls and poor RTH i can not give this more than 3 stars which is a shame.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my son because I have owned quite a few hubsans and they have given good service and lots fun. This drone has been no fun at all, from the first day the motors have sounded rough even for brushed motors but I thought that they might smooth out after a few flights, wrong one of the front motors has stopped working. I have flown the Hubsun-h502s, these drones might look alike but the handling is totally different. When in standard flight mode this is very docile and when you switch to expert mode it takes a more aggressive stance, pitching forward to suggesting it is going to accelerate hard but that doesn't last long, after a couple of meters it levels of and proceeds in a very leisurely manner (Very slow) . To say my son is disappointed is an understatement, I'm glad I didn't give it to him for his Xmas. See attached video.UPDATE I was packing the drone for return and I thought I would try it one more time, but the motor still didn't move so I tried turning the propeller backwards. There must have been something jamming the gears or motor because its running now.

Great little drone for the price. Does what it says. All works fine. Even put a video on YouTube under UK sewing machine service.

Fantastic for the price, holds steady on the GPS great return to home feature.

Complete waste of money, sent it back the same day it arrived, steer well clear, try Syma or if you can afford it DJI , Hubson is complete rubbish.

Il drone si presenta tutto di plastica, all’apparenza non troppo robusto ma, dopo qualche lieve caduta e botta, si presenta ancora perfettamente integro. Qualità di volo eccellente, non paragonabile ad un drone senza gps come reattività ma davvero una guida piacevole e fluida, l’unica situazione in cui sembra andare leggermente in difficoltà è quella in cui lo si sta facendo scendere orientando contemporaneamente la testa del drone, ma con un po’ di pratica e abilità si può superare senza problemi dando comandi più lievi. Precisione del gps buona, non come un top di categoria ma contrasta senza problemi il vento leggero che si può trovare abitualmente in montagna o vicino al mare. Radiocomando ben fatto, simile a quello della PlayStation, unici due difetti: la stima della batteria del drone non è ottimale, e non vi è un avviso di “batteria scarica” come si trova in altri droni, e non vi è la funzione headless mode, utile per i principianti, ma forse meglio così, in quanto si impara prima a pilotarlo. Range ottimo, anche in altezza, e informazioni sul telecomando abbastanza precise, ma sempre ottime per il prezzo. Video belli, colori abbastanza fedeli ma non stabilizzati, quindi per delle riprese apprezzabili bisogna essere lievi con i comandi. Ritorno a casa ok.

Es mi primer dron y no tengo experiencia en estos aparatos, pero parece que tiene buenas prestaciones para el precio, el GPS y que no sea wifi (transmisión por radiofrecuencia) le dan cierta seguridad en el vuelo. El "retorno a casa" funciona muy bien, imprescindible en mi opinión. Tiene buenos acabados y es muy compacto, nada aparatoso. Mi versión, que supongo que es la más actual, no tiene modo "headless", una pena, porque cuando está a cierta distancia no sabes cuál es la cabeza y cual la cola, salvo por los movimientos que le transmitimos con el mando.La batería me dura en vuelo normal (aún no sé volarlo más agresivamente) unos 11 min aprox. Ya he pedido un juego de 3 baterías extra, imprescindibles para disfrutar un buen rato, así como un juego de motores por si falla alguno.En cuanto a la cámara, normalita, pero para jugar un poco no está mal, las fotos y vídeos se graban en una microsd que se inserta por debajo.Por prestaciones y precio, me parece una muy acertada opción para iniciarse en este mundo. Muy muy divertido dron, sin duda.

J'ai acheté ce drone pour mon père, qui après l'avoir utilisé 10 secondes a déclaré que "c'est génial". Très facile d'utilisation pour les débutants, le pilotage est très intuitif. Le retour GPS est bien utile dès qu'on éloigne un peu le drone, et la qualité des images est bonne.Super rapport qualité prix par ailleurs.

Der 502E macht einfach Spass. Der Copter ist mit seinem unter 200g Fluggewicht ziemlich leicht für das, was in ihm steckt. Natürlich ist er als solches Leichtgewicht recht windanfällig, aber durch GPS hold und automatische Höhenhaltung gelingt es auch Anfängern, bei etwas mehr Wind kontrolliert zu fliegen. Dabei empfinde ich insbesondere die Fernbedinenung als sehr angenehm. Bei günstigeren RTF Coptern ist ja häufig nicht so sehr das Problem, dass die Copter selber nicht präzise reagieren, sondern, dass an den Fernbedienungen gespart wird und sich die eigentlich tollen Flieger nur mässig kontrollieren lassen, weil die Fernbedienungen nicht fein genug reagieren oder so starke Federn an den Sticks haben, dass die Genauigkeit wegen des benötigten Kraftaufwands zu wünschen lässt. Anders hier: für mein Empfinden ist die Fernbedienung präzise und erlaubt eine gute Kontrolle beim Fliegen auch in engeren Bereichen - im optionalen "Expert-Mode" ist der Copter erstaunlich flitzig. Im Prinzip wird der 502 auch von DeviationTX unterstützt, mit der Jumper T8SG konnte ich den Copter sehr präzise fliegen.Die brushed Motoren entwickeln ordentlich Schub - bei dem Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Gleichzeitig liefern die Akkus genug Saft auch für 7-10 Minuten Flugspass. Zweit- und Drittakku würde ich dringend empfehlen.Die Kamera zeichnet AVIs in für meine Ansprüche toller Qualität auf, je nach Wind und Flugkünsten wird es natürlich mehr oder weniger wacklig.Den H502S im Vegleich habe ich nicht kennengelernt, aber ich habe mir eine kleine, billige 5.8GHz Cam (für ca. 17-25Euro erhältlich) mit einer kleinen Halterung mit Heisskleber auf den Copter geklebt, s.d. ich mit Brille FPV fliegen kann. Als relativer Anfänger habe ich da natürlich so manche Kollision mit Hindernissen verursacht, die der Copter aber allesamt gut weggesteckt hat, allerdings erwiesen sich die Propeller dabei als recht brüchig, s.d. man hier einen gewissen Vorrat haben sollte. Insbesondere als Anfänger sollte man auch auf die mitgelieferten Propellerschüzte nicht verzichten, auch wenn der Copter dann evtl. nicht so cool aussieht.Bis zu mässigem Wind ein tolles Spielzeug für draussen, für die normale Wohnung m.E. doch eher ungeeignet, zumindest für meine Wohnung ist er dann doch zu gross und macht zuviel Wind. Für mich eine nette Zwischengrösse zwischen ganz kleinen Indoor Coptern und wirklich grösseren Coptern, die schon in einem normalen Garten nicht mehr wirklich auszufliegen sind.Ich bin jedenfalls sehr angetan von dem H502E und kann ihn ohne weitere Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Questo drone ha il GPS, ed in questa fascia di prezzo è praticamente impossibile trovarne uno ad un prezzo così basso. Si il suo fratello minore il 502c ce l'ha anche e costa qualcosa di meno ma, dipende dalle esigenze, questo ha una batteria più grande ha una portata leggermenta maggiore e non è FPV mentre il 502c è la versione FPV ma con batteria più piccola il che lo fa durare leggermente di meno. L'ho provato e non ho avuto problemi, anche indoor ha un buon hoovering, ma quando trova i 6 satelliti richiesti, non si schioda dalla sua posizione (muoverlo per vedere XD), l'ho provato e con un pò di vento riusciva a stare fermo una meraviglia. In definitiva è un ottimo drone per fare riprese semplici e per chi vuole iniziare o che vuole un giocattolo che non userà professionalmente, le eliche, le batterie e i pezzi di ricambio costano veramente poco paragonato ad altri droni, mi sono comprato anche un landing pad ed una valigetta per poterlo trasportare e conservare. Sono veramente soddisfatto di questo giocattolino.Aggiornamento: Ho scoperto che la mia versione del drone non supporta lo headless mode, penso che questo problema sia comune a molti che lo hanno acquistato. Per me personalmente non è un grande problema, sembra che questa cosa sia da riscontrare nel telecomando ovvero questa versione del telecomando non supporta lo headless mode. Comunque il drone è compatibile anche con il telecomando del 502s, acquistando il telecomando del 502s è possibile attivare anche la funzione follow me.
