I have been taking Metacarb and Fat binder together the results are that i no longer feel the need to snack my evenings away with unhealthy snacks during the evening's.I've taken as directed with a glass of water about an hour before my evening meal and the results are pleasing.

Good stuff! 3 months on the keto diet and decided to grab a bottle of these to assist with my carb up days. I've only been taking them for 4 days but have lost .5-1 lb each day. These may or may not be a miracle pill but I'm very happy and have only noticed a small amount of tummy upset (gas) with taking these. I can tolerate that! I will but again. Highly recommended!!!

Please please be careful buying this product. It was a huge strain on my heart; burning sensation, chest pain, irregular heart beat. I stopped using it and my symptoms are slowly fading!!

Have bought carb blockers before but they were quite large and difficult to swallow. These are of a reasonable size to swallow and seem to work.

Didn’t work on me , it didn’t fill me up and I was still feeling hungry and craving for food.

Great - will be buying again.
