I have been massaging in generous amounts twice daily on sore muscles, especially after exercise. It seems to help with muscle pain, fatigue and recovery, but whether that is the product or just the act of rubbing/massaging the muscles I don't know. Either way I think this is a good product to try if you have chronic muscle pain, fatigue, cramps, etc. Only side-effect I have experienced is it does sometimes make the skin tingle a bit. I will be buying again when I run out.

Good product non-greasy and easy to apply. I have been massaging in generous amounts twice daily on sore muscles, especially after exercise. It seems to help with muscle pain, fatigue and recovery, but whether that is the product or just the act of rubbing/massaging the muscles I don't know. This oil concentrate of magnesium chloride can simply be applied to the skin, and in an instant there is a powerful medical treatment. So as Daniel Reid, author of Tao of Detox says, "Using magnesium oil is the quickest and most convenient way to transmit magnesium chloride into the cells and tissues through the skin. 2-3 sprays under each armpit function as a highly effective deodorant, while at the same time transporting magnesium swiftly through the thin skin into the glands, lymph channels, and bloodstream, for distribution throughout the body. Spray it onto the back of the hand or the top of the feet any time of day or night for continuous magnesium absorption. Regardless of where you apply the spray on the body, once it penetrates the surface of the skin, the body transports it to whichever tissues need magnesium most." For those non familiar or with sensitive skin (as myself) could be a little unpleasant in the beginning, or could feel itchy on some areas of body, but that's just normal. Need to just wash out that area and not to spray for a while, day or two. I found it best under the armpits, legs and stomach. It is true - it does uplift the body and mind, but - what is more important - also beneficial to everybody that suffers any kind of illness. Magnesium chloride oil is simply that SIMPLE and GREAT!
