Can the spring be replaced ?

My stand snapped after a few weeks but I didn’t inquire about replacing it. The break was clean and I managed to super glue it together. How long that will last is anyone’s guess.

I don’t see any reason why not? I assume you are thinking to grease baking sheets or pans etc? I don’t think oil would leach out of it?!?
