I do not know. I found just plain Biotin works better for me.

Can I mash the pill ? I have trouble swolling larger pills.

They are not marked extended release so technically they can be crushed. They are large so will produce a lot of powder. Mixing them in ice cream or apple sauce might make it palatable enough to swallow.
