I couldn’t live without it. No more bugging my husband to come get something out of reach down for me. I had a kick stool a while back, which loved in theory, but it took up too much space and there was nowhere to store it when not in use. This one is very sturdy yet it folds flat simply by picking it up by the handle. In one motion it’s folded and slipped back in its place. Equally easy to open up. If you need a stool to reach high cupboards like me, look no further. I have 1 that is 13 inches high which this new one is too replace had for years, but feel it is becoming unsafe. I also have another smaller step which I use upstairs for higher shelves.This certainly seems sturdy and looks very like my previous white 13inch high step. Stepping on to this new step is better if you are against the kitchen unit just for balance purposes. Depends on age of course. I can now see right into the top kitchen shelf with this, being only (5'2") bonus.
