Great fun once we got it working.
The printed instructions for this are dreadful, so we travelled two hours to a boating pond for my daughter to launch her boat and we couldn't make the remote control and motor talk to each other, although both were working. In desperation I read the German instructions and realised we had to 'pair' the two by holding them together in a certain way. I also advise leaning towards expensive batteries as the one in the remote control didn't last an hour (of course that depends how often you'll be using the motor).

This was bought as a Christmas present and used three times before the propellers seized and RC box would not link. spent a lot of time reading manual and trying to fix. Did look after and dry etc.. Would not recommend. good idea but not worth money and my son is very disappointed. Have contacted Playmobil and awaiting reply!

Endlich fährt das Boot
Ein Boot ohne Motor geschenkt bekommen.... Und nun? Ist ja schon recht langweilig.Dank des bei Amazon nachgekauften Motors macht es nun richtig Spaß im Pool ein paar Bahnen zu fahren oder Runden zu drehen.Funktioniert super und ließ sich auch gut installieren mit dem pairing von Sender und Empfänger.Aufbau war altersgerecht und Haltbarkeit wie es von LEGO zu erwarten ist top.Absolut empfehlenswert!
