They work
I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and wouldn't be without these. If I miss them for only two days my energy levels are adversely affected, after five days I can barely look after myself. I have tried several different brands and these are the cheapest, but just as affective.

It worked like a charm, so did the side-effects.Increased my mood and lifted the fog. I had more energy too, increased concentration and performance.However the side effects of the stomach pain, urge to vomit + unable to sleep soon outweighed the benefits.Took them for 1 month (120 tablets).

Great For Neuropathy
I take this product twice a day and it helps with diabetic neuropathy. I developed insulin resistance whilst on holiday in the USA. I had tingling in my feet and face and it was very unpleasant. The doctors "cure" was to suppress the pain with pain killers, but there were so many bad side effects. I did my research and a combination of Alpha Lipoic Acid and this product has helped the pain. In fact, after just a few days the tingling went away and I felt normal. There other great benefits to taking this supplement such as its effects on the heart and brain. I am not a fan of the bright red colour of these tablets, but they are very small and easy to swallow. Overall this has worked for my neuropathy and I am happy to recommend them.

Great Service.
This is the second batch of these tablets I have ordered. I take vitamins and supplements already so it is difficult to make a judgement on them. I bought them initially because a friend was taking them and he said that they worked well for him. I also take them because Dr. Malcolm Kendrick recommends Acetyl-L-Carnitine as an aid to good heart health. He doesn't endorse any specific brand, but just says that it is good for your heart. This product gets good reviews and is also good value for money, so that is one of the other reasons why I buy them.

I have been taking this supplement for quite a while now and find it helpful. I have bought this specific brand as it is good value for money based on the strength and only needs to be reordered twice yearly. I will continute to buy if available next time

You get what it says on the no frills package at a really good price. What I particularly like about these is that although the tablets are the same strength as most others, the actual tablets are significantly smaller than the enormous torpedoes that some makers think we can swallow. These are very easy to take.

WARNING: This product is made on the same equipment that processes shellfish and fish. I would not consider this product to be vegetarian or vegan. Possibly dangerous to those with shellfish alergy!
