MoreEPA Smart Fats Omega 3 Fish Oil, EPA, DHA - 60 Softgels (PACK OF 1)

This is one of the best Omega-3's on the market (another v. similar one is Ideal Omega - red and white packaging) with an excellent EPA:DHA ratio. No fillers/animal gelatine, and it doesn't have a fishy repeat.Personally I have noticed a much more balanced mood, many fewer 'down for no reason' days, less dry skin and better concentration while studying (as long as I also avoid stimulants). I also take this supplement because high quality Omega 3's have been found to reduce systemic inflammation and boost heart health. FYI they are more effective at reducing inflammation than NSAID's like Ibuprofen. Who knows what other benefits there are that haven't been studied.Many people are reluctant to spend money investing in their health, preferring the false economy of buying pointless rubbish from places like Holland & Barrett. There is just no point to buying/consuming low or medium grade supplements, they are full of fillers and sometimes cheaper, potentially damaging synthetic alternatives to the substance shown to be helpful. Either take high quality or get it from your food!Overall health investment well-worth making.

Item arrived in good time and so far so good... It is early days and I have only taken this for 2 days so I can't comment on whether it works or not but it doesn't leave any fishy after taste (which is fab and has put me off taking fish oils before). Will update if / when I start to see some wonderful effects from taking this product but I am pretty fit and healthy anyway.............. just curious and obviously realise I don't get this suppliment in my diet alone. I have done my homework on fish oils as I don't want to take just anything and am also concerned about the environment and ethical issues - this ticked all the boxes for me and for that reason (and the highest does of EPA you can get)I have chosen to pay a bit more and try this out. Would be good to see some offers on this product (get 3 for the price of 2 type of thing). The gelatin in this product is fish gelatin so again - clearly thought out and I am pleased there are no meat derived products in this capsule.

I'm dyslexic, which means a weak short term and working memory as opposed to simply just 'having poor spelling' as many perceive dyslexia to be. In a bid to help, I thought I'd give MorEPA a try around 5 or 6 years ago after doing a bit of research around the effects of EPA, DHA etc in dyslexics. At the time it seemed to help, but the improvements were so gradual that it was difficult not to just write it off as a placebo effect or put it down to other factors such as diet or sleep (the latter being particularly influential with me).It wasn't until I fell out of the habit of buying it regularly that one day it suddenly became apparent that there had been a drastic dip in my concentration, short-term memory and mood to what I'd become used to. I was trying to think of changes in my diet and lifestyle that could be having an impact on feeling this way, but when I really thought about it the only significant change was that I'd stopped taking MorEPA. This pattern of stopping followed by eventual realisation has repeated a few times over the past half decade and again most recently when I moved house and didn't order more. Once again, within a few days of re-starting my daily intake I have noticed a real uplift, particularly in my mood this time. This recent lapse is what has promoted me to write this long overdue review.I'm completely convinced now that these do have an impact *on me* with my dyslexia but also on my general mood; obviously your own mileage may vary and I doubt this would have the same impact on everybody. It's not something I would naturally recommend to everyone, especially at the price, but I do mention it to those with dyslexia and other more minor learning/attention difficulties.

I received MorEPA Soft Gel Original Tablets and I did not order those. I ordered MorEPA Smart Fats Capsules that come in different box, with yellow top. I am keeping the ones that I received as I need to take them but I wish that I received the item that ordered instead the substitute item. There is probably not much difference but I expect to receive what I ordered and not the substitute.

Product came as described and advertised. However, with the same order I purchased MorDHA which was completely different to what was advertised in terms of packaging, branding and where the product was manufactured.

My psychotherapist recommended Mor EPA as possible solution for my wife's severe depression (in combination with prescribed medical treatment. He also recommended that we should use DOUBLE the recommended dose of one capsuole per day. A bottle, therefore, would last one month.I have been so impressed with the resulting uplift in my wife's mood in the last month, as well as the increased levelling of mood changes, that I have ordered a second month's supply.The high dosage was recommended because it more accurately corresponded to the dosage used by the original researchers, rather than the token amount of Omega 3 contained in products available on the high street.I am told that the results should continue to improve over the next one or two months, so I am waiting, hopefully, to see a corresponding improvement of my wife's mental health back to when things were on a more even keel a year or two ago. If it works, I would consider getting some for myself, since I am consulting the psychotherapist to deal with the issues brought about by my heart bypass operation and the subsequent other operations to resolve issues raised by the failure of the initial op. I am told Omega 3 will be helpful for my heart too!

i complained and there is no reply at all.i had ordered different tablets and these arrived which is ok but with no explaination and the box was open with no instructions
