Nice Nightfighter!
Usually a Tamiya person, but I fancied a change of aircraft and maker, so ended up with the HobbyBoss 1/48 Me 262. Nice boxwork with 6/7 grey sprues of parts to build this aircraft. Note that not all parts are required. The detail is clear and crisp, little flash to be cleaned and not overly large connection points on the sprue. This did require a few small areas of filling and sanding underneath at the wing roots but time and effort spent on it pays dividends. You are supplied with an integral metal nose cone as part of the build, in which the front wheel is attached. This is to give it some front weight so it does not become a "tail" sitter. Unfortunately, it isn't quite enough as it still had a tendency to sit tail heavy. I had to use a small amount of fishing lead, bashed into shape, and superglue it into the front wheel well. This has fixed the issue and sits as it now should. An enjoyable build for a regular builder, possibly a bit more involved if you are a newcomer to the hobby, but don't let that put you off, a nice end product awaits. Hopefully the attached photos will do it some justice.

Excellent Kit
Absolutely brilliant kit but probably not for beginners. Everything is of a high quality and provides an enjoyable challenge.Also the price makes this a bargain, so if you are only used to Airfix or older Tamiya kits this is a good step up in quality without the cost.

£15 quid for a 1/48 Me262 nightfighter. What could possibly go wrong?
Buy one and see what you think, what's £15 quid?£15 quid is a steal for a 1/48 Messerschmitt Me262 kit, includes large white metal nose weight.

Great kit beautiful details even includes cast weight for the nose again would be great if they could include seat belts but the price is great

Fantastic kit goes together like a dream the night fighter camp scheme is super fun to do
As this kit was cheap I wasn’t expecting anything super but I got a real surprise, everything about the kit was amazing detail fit of parts and decals stunning!
