I bought these as I have become aware of my aging eyes and have been told that I have cataracts coming. I read an article by Dr Michael Mosley who had good results with this combination of supplements. These capsules contain everything mentioned and in the recommended dosages. I have been conscious of "starbursts" around headlights and they are noticeably better after only a week. If the start is anything to go by, I can see these being a repeat order!
