Product was faulty, having read other reviews after purchasing many comments said they had received faulty models so one can assume there was a production fault across the whole batch. A shame as it looks fun, build quality was reasonable but none of which matter if the product is faulty. Avoid purchasing to avoid disappointment

My son is 20months old and he loves this!!! Different functions to tell you the letter, the sound it makes, words starting from that letter and sentences using words starting from that letter and fun facts about those words - for each letter of the alphabet! :) If it starts repeating itself and going wonky, change the batteries. Happened to us because we started using it with the batteries included, but once I replaced with our own rechargeables I haven’t had to recharge them yet and it has been a couple of months!

was okay for value but you couldn't put the volume high as it started buzzing so was to late to return so threw it in the bin, just check make sure it works properly or send it back straight away

A little heavy for a toddler but educative and fun..

It is the firstl toy my little one loves it and plays hours and hours with it.And the music is nice and cool

I was really looking forward to seeing my granddaughter playing with this toy. Unfortunately it didn’t work at all - when the tail was turned it just looped round and round with an annoying chime and none of the buttons brought any response. So it was returned and a replacement sent. Well, the replacement has just arrived and has exactly the same fault! Disappointing

Item was extremely dusty when it arrived, batteries were half dead and box torn
