Q: If you were to have a lens adapter for ef-s lenses on a canon m50, would this still fit over the camera?

I do not believe so. I bought two other EF lenses, one if which was the longer telephoto lenses, and this cover is not flexible enough to cover it. Even with the kit lens, you have to struggle to get it in and out of he case. It is not a product that I would recommend. Simply not flexible enough.

Q: How does the clasp work? Can you lock it once you clip it to yourself?

The case closes pretty securely with velcro. The clasp is a regular carabiner type clip, but you may want to substitute a better quality carabiner if you are going to depend upon it.

Q: Does a sony rx100M4 fit snugly in this case?

Yes. But don't think it provides much protection I dropped mine last month while in this case and it apparently hit on the corner where the popup view finder is. The view finder does not pop up any more. Has to be jimmy'd out with a small knife.
