Hello Kitty 2319HKU Curling Tong

This product takes some getting used to as there is a technique to curling each section of hair, unlike using hair straighteners which is very easy. However, that is not the problem. The curling tongs are good value & would be ok apart from an annoying design fault. The heat control wheel for adjusting temperature is located in exactly the same place as where you hold the tongs. Every time you turn the tongs to create a curl, your finger touches against the temperature wheel & turns it round & changes the temperature to either too high or too low, so you are forever having to remove tongs from hair curl & reset it to the required temperature & repeat the process. I probably wouldn't have bought them if I had known this would keep happening all the time as it becomes frustrating & time consuming! I had high hopes for these tongs, but after several separate attempts, I have gone back to using my hairdryer & a small curling brush to get the same effect.

MY "HELLO KITTY" IS ONE OF THE BEST TONGS I'VE EVER HAD. I BOUGHT MY FIRST ONE ABOUT FIVE YEARS AGO, I USE IT EVERY DAY.ITHIS NEW ONE IS JUST IN CASE ANYTHING UNTOWARD SHOULD HAPPEN.. I WOULDN'T WANT TO BE WITHOUT ONE. IT IS JUST A FANTASTIC PRODUCT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I love them, came well packaged and the design it super cute! I don't have much experience curling my hair and there were very easy to use. Only thing is it's very easy to move the heat dial and changing the temperature while trying to use them

OK heat up quickly. Variable heat good, but lower heat settings were ineffective, and the higher settings "singed" my silver grey hair slightly, even when applied for a very short time. Have gone through all the heat settings but have not yet achieved a satisfactory result. Hope I will get it right eventually.

I thought that being Hello Kitty this curling tong may be trying to sell itself on a brand name rather than a being good product but I was proved wrong! It's so easy to use and heats up really quickly. The curls are gorgeous and bouncy! Cannot recommend this product enough, and for the price, there's no excuse not to at least try it, but promise you'll love it! And there's a free compact mirror! Just buy it, ok?!

I gave these tongs a five star because the price was just perfect. The heat on them is outstanding and they heat up very quickly. Would recommend to everyone.
