Value for money

Just started to use this with my creatine in the morning so hopefully will help with recovery.

Great value compared to buying in capsules and so much easier to take. Tastes foul in powder form dissolved in water, but that is the nature of it. I dissolve it in about 50ml of black tea or in the same amount of flat pepsi max which gives a taste like cough mixture and tastes fine. Don't mix it in coffee as the combination with caffeine is a bit much for stomach.

It's a bit too soon to see if it helps but I like that it's a powder form, which is easier to digest for me. The quality and value is good. It doesn't have any distinctive taste but an unusual smell which is bearable for me anyway.

This is the Calcium bound HMB which is less readily absorbed than the free form and an adequate dose of 3g (4 servings as per their label) means 620mg of calcium intake which is over 50% of RDA. An adequate amount of magnesium is required to prevent health issues, an ideal ratio of Ca:Mg is 1.7-2.6.

Good product and swift delivery

Ich verstehe die Rezensionen über den Geschmack hier nicht. Es ist nunmal 100% iges HMB Pulver und kein Instant LatteMacchiato. Ich muss zugeben: das HMB riecht nicht gut. Es stinkt nach verschwitzter Kimme oder dreckiger Unterwäsche. Es ist sehr fein pulverisiert, so dass man bei der Entnahme auch zwangsläufig was an den Händen hat, die dann auch danach riechen. Man sollte sich also die Hände danach abspülen. Es löst sich aber super und komplett in kalten Wasser auf und bei 3-5 g auf 300ml Wasser schmeckt es für mich relativ neutral. Jedenfalls nicht so, dass es dass es unangenehm zu trinken wäre. Wenn man das Produkt mit anderen Marken vergleicht kommt man hier sehr günstig weg, weshalb ich es auf jeden Fall empfehlen würde. Alles was ich zur Wirkung sagen könnte sind denke ich, wie bei fast allen Supplements mit Ausnahme von einem Booster vielleicht, höchst subjektive, fast Glaubensbekenntnisse. Natürlich merke ich an mir selber keinen Muskelzuwachs von 5% aufgrund des Pulvers in einem Zeitraum von 3 Monate. Und selbst wenn, kann es 500 andere Gründe dafür geben. Wenn man sich aber mal die Studienlage zu HMB anschaut kann man einen signifikanten Unterschied zu Vergleichsgruppen ohne HMB erkennen. Also das muss jetzt jeder selber wissen ob es für ihn Sinn macht. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich keine Magen/Darm Beschwerden davon bekommen habe. Optimal scheint wohl die Supplementierung in 3 Dosen gesplittet über den Tag verteilt. Finde das nicht realisierbar. Haut es euch zusammen mit dem Creatin rein und gut ist! 🤟🏾
