I have quantum 2.0 power chair and it doesn't want to charge it does it work with that type of chair?

It looks like your chair has the standard 3 pin charge connector. So it should work. However, it sound more like your batteries have died.

Will this work for lithium batteries ?

Probably not. Not the same technology

Need some clarification.. this page says it charges batteries 9-120ah, then says 15-100ah, and the instruction sheet says 30-40ah, which is it?
