I'm a big lover of music, gaming and movies and these are amazing! The sound quality is next level. I love how everything sounds so bassy without it sounding weird. The 7.1 surround is gorgeous!I have a big head and these are really comfortable. They aren't heavy and they don't give me headaches like some headsets. Well worth the price

Fits great, sound quality is excellent with very nice bass, and the swinging mic makes it easy to turn on/off your mic without needing to find the control in whatever video conference software you're using.Charging is through a long USB-C cable that's supplied and the charge lasts at least 7 hours (I tested it in a single gaming session). There is no issue connecting to your computer when you turn this on because it has its own USB dongle (works with either 2.0 or USB-C with a supplied adapter).Noise cancelling is really good. My AirPods are a little bit better, but these do a good job cancelling outside noise. Totally recommend this headset.

Have had nothing but issues with these, the software is bugged, rolled that back.. windows never recognises the headset, It doesnt work every few days :( for such an expense product I am so disappointed in these because the sound and ANC are good but they never work for long :(

I only had these about two weeks and the microphone fell off. I picked them up and the microphone was hanging by the wire. Unfortunately I can't send them back because I tore up the packaging and dumped it. When I got these first they sounded absolutely fantastic. Then JBL updated the firmware and software. The sound in stereo is still good but the QUANTUM surround is ruined and doesn't sound half as good and DTS X Headphone doesn't sound good anymore.Plus they updated the software to 2.0.2 which they pulled because it was bugged and a lot of people complained about it. When I upgraded the software the sound for 7.1 surround no longer worked. Only front left and right worked. I had to revert to the previous version of the software. Plus with 2.0.2 the app no longer displays battery percentage.The new app looks pretty but loses some functionality. With 2.0.2 there was no way to use the calibration microphone because the calibration option doesn't exist. But even with the software before 2.0.2 I could'nt get the calibration to work. Sometimes the calibration wouldn't recognise the mic or it would go to the second step and get stuck at 100%.The adjustments for the earband is very very loose so if you pic them up by the headand the earcups will drop. If I am walking around with them on and look down they want to fall off my head and have fallen off my head a few times but I've caught them before they hit anything.The noise cancelling is excellent beating the SUOUNDCORE Q45 and SOUNDCORE Space One headphones that I have. Theres plenty of bass too. But the firmware seems to have reduced the higs and mids a bit. I would love to revert the firmware in the headset.

MAGIC SOUND UNTILL ONE EAR PACKED UP ON ONLY SECOND DAY

The headset is too tight that it hurts my ears if I wear these for 2 hours....Sound itself is not bad, but comfort needs to be improved...I'll find another pair I guess...

BEWARE OF THIS HEADSET UNTIL THEY FIX THESE ISSUES!!! For this price obviously it’s got good sound quality and battery life however the material used is absolutely atrocious. One night my wireless dongle snapped and fell apart like it was nothing. The bluetooth quality for pc is bad aswell keeps cutting out so i had to look for a replacement dongle to buy only to find out that it’s out of stock literally everywhere. Unbelievable.
