How to contact Customer service?

I contacted Egnaro via clicking on their blue highlighted name under the add to cart button where it says “sold by”and they promptly sent me a new set free of charge and without requiring a return.I recommend Egnaro for their customer service!

My rings are a size too big, how do i contact the seller?

You can click 'egnaro rings' link next to 'Sold by:' above the Add to Cart/Buy Now buttons.Click the 'Ask a question' button near top by detailed seller info. I ordered a size too big and reached out to the company and they immediately sent me a smaller size free of charge.

How do I exchange for a smaller size I don’t want a refund?

Not sure you can refund, I believe to offer stated if the rings don’t fit they will send you new ones in a different size.
